2023-2024 FREEMAN SD EXPECTATIONS AND GOALS FOR THE SCHOOL BOARD AND SUPERINTENDENT

*Continue developing relationships, building trust, and keeping communication lines open at all times with all stakeholders, which includes our “no surprises” approach.

*Continue to develop a successful teaching and learning environment which focuses on social-emotional learning, cultural responsiveness, and multi-tiered systems of support.

*Continue providing exceptional leadership in a changing environment and promote self-care for all staff members.

*Continue our focus on “Kaizen” and developing “processes” for continuous improvement.

*Successfully complete future Building and Capital Projects. Plan-Do-Assess-Adjust.

*Successfully pass the 2024 Enrichment and Capital Projects Levies while keeping a close eye on our financial outlook.

*Continue developing and growing our Administration, Leadership Team, and School Board. Provide additional support for new staff members.
