2023-24 Freeman SD School Board and Superintendent Expectations and Goals

*Continue developing relationships, building trust, and keeping communication lines open at all times which includes our “no surprises” approach.

*Continue to develop a successful teaching and learning environment focused on social-emotional learning, cultural responsiveness, multi-tiered systems of support, and academic rigor.

*Continue providing exceptional leadership in a changing environment and promote self-care for all staff members.

*Continue our focus on “Kaizen” and developing “processes” for continuous improvement. Plan-Do-Assess-Adjust.

*Successfully pass the 2024 Enrichment and Capital Projects Levies while keeping a close eye on our financial outlook.

*Continue developing, growing, and mentoring our Administration, Leadership Team and School Board.
