My family and I have lived in the Valleyford area since 2000 and my son, Isaac, is a Freeman graduate who attended from kindergarten through 12th grade, so we have been Scotties for a while!  My daughter, Aubrey, both attended Freeman and home-schooled, pursuing a musical education in piano, violin and orchestra.  My husband, Ted, works in the area and we both graduated from Eastern Washington University. I  completed my Masters degree through Lesley University in the fall of 2020, with an emphasis on integrating the arts throughout the curriculum.   Arts integration allows for a deeper connection to content and reaches students who may not connect as well through traditional methods only. My family enjoys water sports such as water-skiing, kayaking, and snorkling in tropical places when the opportunity arises. We enjoy time in the out of doors in places like Mt. Ranier, the San Juan Islands, and Hawaii. I also enjoy the chance to try out creative artistic pursuits in many forms. I have a young grandson, Finley, who is so much fun and adds greatly to our lives. Please come and visit....I would love to meet you in person!
