Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year! 

I am looking forward to my 19th year of teaching at Freeman Elementary! This year I will be teaching third grade, and I am excited for the adventures and learning opportunities that await us!

I am a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Major in Elementary Reading, a Minor in Elementary Math, and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Curriculum and Instruction. I spent my elementary, junior high, and high school years attending school at Freeman! It is an amazing community and a very special place to grow up and now work. Truly, Freeman is a unique environment that embraces the opportunity to educate children of all backgrounds. What a blessing it is to work with parents and coworkers like ours!

I live in the Spokane Valley with my amazing husband David, two adventure loving boys, a cat, a bird, two rabbits, some chickens and even a few fish! We all enjoy being outside working, boating, gardening, hiking, biking and playing.

Teaching is my calling. I love helping and watching children learn. It is my passion. I take great pride in accepting the responsibility to educate your child.
